MC & Host
I notice what's happening in a room — what's being said, what isn't, where the energy is going. I use that to keep things moving, find the threads that connect people and ideas, and make sure people are leaning in instead of checking their phones.

Debate & Panel Facilitation
Tension in a room isn't the problem. Wasted tension is. I'm good at making disagreement useful, surfacing what's real, keeping it honest, and moving toward something better than where you started.

Play & Games
Sometimes the most useful thing for a room full of serious people is a dice roll. Unexpected formats, genuine connection, and yeah, sometimes it gets a bit chaotic. That's usually when the good stuff happens.

I've spent 15+ years in people and culture roles across Aotearoa — government, startups, established businesses, all of it. I've helped organisations have the conversations they kept putting off. I've designed games that made leadership development stick. I've been the person in the room who asks the question no one else wants to ask.
On stage or at the front of your room, I bring that same energy. I can hold something serious and go deep with it. I can also read when a room needs to exhale and pivot completely. Knowing which one you need, and when, is kind of my whole thing.
I'm also a practising druid, an avid motorbike rider and collector of tattoos.
